Ran with Ben on the new mtb trails at Lake James. They aren't officially open yet so we were a little afraid of getting in trouble for running on them. The trails are great. It's going to be so nice having them close by. Legs felt good today but my hips were achey at the end for sure.

Linville Gorge. Pinchin to the river trail to Conely cove then Kistler hwy back to the car. I hiked the majority of it because I was tired and because the majority of it wasn't runnable, to me at least. It was still a great day. Once I gave up on running I had fun trying to figure out where the trail was, stopping to relax by the river, and looking at the spring flowers blooming. I sure wish Ben could've been there with me, then it would have been perfect.

Run in MtS trail along Upper Creek off 181. I felt good today and did some off trail exploring. My ability to rock hop across creeks is severly lacking. Luckily it's getting warmer and getting wet wont be a big deal.
