I went to the Swallow Cliff O meet with Ben, Ian, and Deanna. It was so much fun. I've been to Palos many times to run trails with people but there were many times today that I found myself saying, 'I had no idea this was here' We climbed up and down ravines, hiked through dry river beds that were two feet deep with leaves, tramped through the brush and got covered in prickers. So much fun.

solamente upper body today because I'm kinda sore from yesterday's workout. There's this lady at the gym that brings in her own dvd player and does that insanity workout. It's annoying, she takes up the whole stretching area and she takes all the ten and twelve pound free weights. I wanted to do walking lunges but she was right in my walking path which really annoyed me so I got as close to her mouth breathing sweatiness as I could stand and did a ton of reps of walking lunges. Who knew that a workout like that would make me really sore the next day.

Yesterday was not a good day. I felt like I was back to square one with my foot hurting again. I'm not quite sure what set it off but I'm not going to ride the bike at all this week to see if that is what is setting it off. I'll feel like a complete douche if that is the cause. Anyway, I'm sticking to strength training and yoga this week. I do have a lot of work to at the vineyard this week to. That compost aint going to shovel itself.

Actually not a bad flow. I'm usually not a fan because they go too fast for me, but I must be getting better.
