I ran Windburn 6 hour fatass today. It's a 2.28mi loop course. I ran it as a training run. I wanted to get 20-25 miles in, so I hit my goal and I'm happy with that. Other than that, it really wasn't a stellar run. I felt pretty crappy almost the whole run, coughing, runny nose, and hurting foot. I still came in 3rd which totally shocked me considering I gave up with about 50min left on the clock, put on my carhartt bibs and walked a cool down mile. I'm really kind of hoping that stressing my foot today will push it back into healing mode again and get me over that last hump with this injury.

My legs felt dead today and my foot hurt a bit too. I expected it though. I had a pretty good workout yesterday. Now I hope I bounce back for my long run tomorrow.

Tempo-ish run. 2mi @ 8:00, 2mi @ 7:47, 2mi @ 7:30, 1mi warm/cool. I felt pretty good despite coughing a bit during the run.
