Went really slow. I just had no pep in my step today. Plus I had to walk for a bit because my achilles was giving me problems. It's been hurting since a guy wacked it with a cart at work back in Nov, but it usually loosens up after a mile. Not today. I'm icing it. I don't think it liked me wearing the NB 100's at the race this weekend is all.
