Went out for our usual 8mi but our run was cut short by a huge lightning storm that refused to quit. Oh well, shit happens and at least it wasn't during a long run.

Run at VA in Crystal Lake. Ben and I did 6 miles before everyone met at 6:30. We went to the gym and did our strength workout before going running, which made my legs pretty tired for the run. I'm not sure that was the best idea.

Two loops at the Ridge. I decided to wear my 100's and I'm glad I did, the single track was basically a stream. I even saw a crawdaddy in the middle of the trail. I nearly stepped on it. I thought it was a really shiny poo at first but then it tried to get me with it's pincers.
