Running long (trails) 4:54:00 [3] 27.0 mi (10:53 / mi)
shoes: Hoka Stinson

3 loops at the Nordic Trail in the Kettle. I felt really good today until about 5 miles into the 3rd loop when I was bombing down a hill and caught my toe on a root. I did the most amazing Superman you ever saw. I wish I would've gotten it on video actually. I ripped a big hole in my calf sleeve and now I have a big lump on my shin. I don't think it did any major damage.

3 loops at the VA after work. There were other people there running but I only saw them as we crossed paths on the trail.

quick morning run to get in some miles before going to WI state fair.
6 PM

Running (bike path) 1:04:00 [3] 7.1 mi (9:01 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara

HUM trail. I desperately needed a second run to burn off all the calories I ate today. The best and forever my favorite at the fair is the rootbeer flavored milk. It sounds weird but it's so good.

Running (trails) 1:48:00 [3] 10.1 mi (10:42 / mi)
shoes: Hoka Stinson

Two loops at the ridge. It's been awhile since I've run there. I forgot how challenging it is.

Very tired from the run yesterday, but I started feeling better once the temp dropped at the end of the run.
