22 My hip felt a little better today but it started acting up when I bumped the speed up past 6.6mph. I do think I know what the problem is. I need to be doing more core work. I got lazy for a while and this is what happens.
21 45 min on the treadmill. If I put it about 6mph my right hip started to hurt a little so I kept it slow. Oh well, if I have to take it easy for a while for this to pass, it's not the worst thing in the world.

Jump rope and abs. I could only do about 20 sec consecutively of jump rope. I want to get way better at it.
20 I got a pretty intense massage today for my wonky hip and right inner thigh/quad. I didn't want to undo anything so I amused myself on the cardio machines at the gym. 30 min recumbent bike, 20 min elliptical, 30 inclined treadmill walking. What an intense workout.
17 the heart rate is totally off. I finally figured out why. On my easy six mile route I run past a transformer and the hr monitor always goes crazy when I'm by it. Otherwise my legs did feel a bit tired today.
