19 A totally bonkalicious run. I didn't have enough food or enough water. I also think work and two nights of drinking may have played a part in todays lack luster performance. The first long trail run of the season is always a learning experience.

18 Ran at the VA with a HUGE bunch of people. I didn't think that there would be that many people there and it kind of slowed down the group. I broke off after a bit and ran my own pace. I felt really good after taking the day off yesterday.

15 Much,much better today. I was actually able to run fast enough to get my heart rate up to my MAF training zone. I spent all of the run thinking about how I'm going to restructure my training now that I'm working so much again. Idk, I might do small runs during the week and go huge on the weekend or perhaps I'll get accustomed to the hectic schedule and just add more mileage as I adapt.

14 I should really call this ralking. It was better than yesterday but I'm still pretty stiff. now I realize why I don't race all that often. I really don't think that people that race a lot are actually RACING. Oh well, I think I'm done until KM100 anyway.

13 Horrible run today. I'm completely stiff still from the 20k on saturday. On the upside, I started work at the farm today. When I worked at the nursery I was super fit and running the best. It's like working out for 8 hours a day.
