3 loops at the Nordic trail. My splits were very even 1:36, 1:38, 1:35. I took two gu's the last half which might be why the last loop was a little faster.
I'm so slow. It's driving me crazy how slow I've been running lately. Whatever, there's nothing I can do about it now being this close to a race. I'm not about to start doing speed work for a 100 miler. That would be stupid
