Ran the Muir trail. It's a nice trail, but it's marked horribly for hikers/runners. I missed a couple turns.

Ran during my lunch hour. That's the first time I've ever done that. I ran pretty fast too and found a trailish thing to run on near work. I think it might be on someones private property. Oh well

My left hip/glute was uncharacteristically acting up today so I did some yoga to work it out. Unfortunately I don't think the yoga even touched it.
