trails at the VA. Humid as hell. My hips hurt too, then I took some ibuprofen and they felt better. I would rather not have to take anything to get through a run though. I might see about making an appt with a chiropractor in the area.

Kind of a crummy run at the Ridge. Everything was tight. I attacked my legs with a foam roller when I got home. My left it band hurt like hell. I might have found why my left hip hurt so bad yesterday.

I felt goodish at the beginning, but at the end my left hip had me limping the last mile. I guess my legs are still a little tired, but I'm getting there.
