Sycamore Pumpkin Run 10k. Not too bad considering I did a long run yesterday. I think I'm making progress.

nordic to Emma Carlin out and back. I took it nice and easy because I'm running a 10k with my coworker tomorrow and I don't want it to suck too bad. Everything felt great except for a little gut rot from either the 3 sushi rolls I ate last night or the king size mounds bar I ate before running.
