One loop on the Nordic trail. tore up my left achilles now. I nearly had to limp in the last 3 miles of the run when I got the brilliant idea to wrap my buff around my heel and ankle. It worked and I was able to finish. I have now bought new socks and new shoes, so hopefully this wont happen any more.
