Deerpass/Collins with Ben. Very cold today and legs were a little tired but we still cranked it in even with a hard effort yesterday.

Tempo on the treadmill. One mile warm up. I felt really good, sing along to the music and pump your fist good. I kept it at a 7:40- 7:47 for 6 miles

One loop on the Nordic trail. tore up my left achilles now. I nearly had to limp in the last 3 miles of the run when I got the brilliant idea to wrap my buff around my heel and ankle. It worked and I was able to finish. I have now bought new socks and new shoes, so hopefully this wont happen any more.
