warmed up on the elliptical. My left hip is still really tight but feeling much better. I think I'll be good to go by saturday

Feeling better today. I think my psoas is just about there. I may try running again tomorrow.

my hip started to hurt towards the end of the run. I stopped and switched to the elliptical and it was much better. I think I'll stick to the elliptical next week.
