Up Colbert Ridge to Black Mountain Crest trail in the Black Mountains. The intention was to take the crest trail all the way to Mt Mitchell and back but, DAMN!, those trails are hard. It took us an hour forty to go 3.5 miles up the ridge. Then at the crest the trail was really muddy and we were up in the clouds so we decided to bail and head back after 2 hours. Despite that my legs were wiped after climbing 3,500 ft and going back down.

Lake James in the rain. I love running in the rain. I nearly fell on my ass a couple times but nothing is better than running trails in the pouring rain.

Greenway. Incredibly humid. Juniper fought me just about the whole way. I got adjusted at the Dr's office today. He also said my hips were out of whack and gave me some exercises to do.
