Headwind going out so it was a workout in itself to get going.
Tried to hold intervals at 250+ watts ('constant pressure on the pedals")

Legs were sore to start (yesterdays CF w.o.d) and from pushing on the bike

Legs cramping I was done:
-because I didn't hydrate nor take salts during the bike.

Tried to start slow and pick it up, but that obviously didn't work.
Not a bad run though, a mentally satisfying workout, and good to do a tough transition day.

-went out too fast but felt good. Tried to hold back at the start, but was splitting 3:09's

200 extra warm down

MUCH better swim than I thought, and much better than last weeks 400s.

TERRIBLE SWIM

I knew I was going to be slow, so I took it easy (so I thought) and did
9 x 400 on 7:00 holding 6:40-6:45.

I nearly died. Had to stop halfway and rest, and then again at number 7.

Allergies have been acting up, I was tired, and sore from weights in the morning.
