Hot and fairly windy conditions. Got a drafting 4 minute drafting penalty

Had NO strength again going up hills nor to finish.
(didn't do as much crossfit endurance intervals this year, nor the volume)

Not a good bike. Started out good, got to Richters with what I thought was easy effort.

Not a good set. Arms are sore from Crossfit a few days ago.
