Had to stop a few times.
-May have gone too hard on the first one,
-or didn't do a good enough warm up,
-or not enough sleep
-legs were sore from yesterdays squats

Able to get up to 9.4 on the shorter intervals.
better than last time.
Should be able to push this set next time.

! Hamstring/glute insertion is tight and sore!

-deadlifts were pretty good.

run was slow, was supposed to to do high lift sumo deadlifts but I was scared for my shoulder.

My hamstrings are SUPER tight.
I need to do more daily stretching.

-able to push harder than last week. Added an extra minute on the 8/10 effort.
-Happy with the set, but not happy with the drop off in watts for each set.
-Maybe need do an extra (4th) set and start slower and increase effort, OR..
have a longer warm up.

had a hard time with some of the latter Muscle ups. Kind of hurt my shoulder blade too (again).

Very slick conditions as it snowed.

+Was able to descend a muddy hill, as well as skid out my rear wheel

Climbed with Mike at Vertically Inclined.
About 5 climbs.
Getting better, tried some harder climbs today and almost able to do some 5.10 climbs.
Got tired towards the end and couldn't keep my grip.
