Legs were tired on the climbs. Harder than I remember.
Need to really look into recovery after IMCDA next season.

Hooked up with a group but they were too fast. Was going to go to the Wall and Oliver. I'll maybe do that tomorrow.

-was able to go fairly fast on the sprint with an easy effort

Had a terrible sleep.

Finally found three blind mice trail. Got lost lots! Fell lots.
Hard ride. Got a bit hesitant on climbs and descents.
