4 x 10 minutes with 5 min spin (53x4th cog and 53x2nd cog)
-tried to hold watts above 235, HR results in 158-161 bpm avg.

didn't try as hard as I normally would on this set as I haven't ridden in a while.
Still managed to get even splits, feel good and finish strong without killing myself. Maybe I need to do this more often?
