6 x 2 deadlifts, 185lbs with some single arm KB swings for mobility.

5 rounds of:
-10 x 135 lb deadlifts
-10 x toes to bar.

Toes to bar were hard to do on the last set.

(able to hold sub 45 farily easy on the hard ones. Didn't push too hard though. Pool was really hot.

Getting better! Still really hard. Able to do some 5.9 climbs with a few cheats
