Double unders were tough. Faulted alot. Fatigue lead to faults.
Took a while to get this one going.
9 AM

Swim - pool (MACCA) 1:00:00 [4] 2.8 km (21:26 / km)

4 x (4 x 50, every 4th fast) on 1:00 and 0:55 for the fast
4 x (3 x 50, every 3rd fast)
4 x (2 x 50, every 2nd fast) started to get tired
4 x (1 x 50, every one fast)

-tough set. Crossfit before fatigued the arms.

Had to stop a few times.
-May have gone too hard on the first one,
-or didn't do a good enough warm up,
-or not enough sleep
-legs were sore from yesterdays squats

did 115 lbs and worked on technique.
Was thinking of trying 135 but I think it was too much weight.
