Legs sore from yesterday.
Still managed, and felt alright after a while. Should have foam rolled.

5 K Spartan Race.
TOUGH. I definitely didn't train right for this one.
Lot of obstacles. Nothing too tough, just out of shape
Have a longer one in Red Deer on September 7th.

fairly flat run, include:

30 min at tempo pace (IM race pace)
10 min w.d jog

Felt good.

Swim - pool (400s (6 total)) 50:00 [3] 2.4 km (20:50 / km)

1 400 w.u.
5 x 400 at easy/medium effort.

(only able to hold 6:55 down to 6:35. It's a start but I need to swim more, especially if I am going to do some open water races.
