Swim - Open water race (XTERRA 2013) 7:00 [5] 0.5 km (14:00 / km)

XTERRA sprint Race.
Went out fast to get away and then settle. Was very tired after this swim.

Cycling - MTB 59:08 [5] **** 20.0 km (2:57 / km) +363m 2:43 / km

XTerra Moutnain BIke sprint course.
LOTS of climbing. It was hard on my bike. Wow. I had to walk a few sections.
I need a bigger bike, and a better bike.

Run - outside (XTERRA Trail RUN) 28:28 [5] **** 5.0 km (5:42 / km) +145m 4:58 / km
shoes: Salomon Cross 3 #1

I went out hard and tried to hold it. When I started to fatigue, the elevation changed to more uphill.
Fun run, I really like it although is was hard. Technical.
