-300 pull w paddles & buoys
-3 x 100 quick on 1:50 (holding 1:27-1:28)
-4 x 75 as 25 kick/25 drill/25 swim

Felt really smooth and good on this one once I settled in and warmed up.

Not the best sleep last night though.

Great run, felt really good and strong on the hills. Only had to walk up the UofA hill a bit.
Also managed to get in a set of stairs at Glenora.
Please with this run, but R TFL is sore.
Tried to keep a 9:00/mile pace on the flats
