-HR monitor was all over the place again, not sure about watt meter as well.
-Poor nutrition the last few days, no supper last night, beers, put on 3 lbs.
-Ate too much sugar the last few days. Missed some workouts.
-Hard track session yesterday.
=Crappy bike ride today.

Couldn't hold my watts at above 200 after rep number 1.
I was getting angry and frustrated. It was a bit windy today, but not too bad.
Rode on the half moon lake road so it shouldn't have been a problem.
