Threshold Transition Run.
Approximately 8:00/mile.
Felt good off the bike, and able to push through at the end of the run.

Warm up, easy spinning and 3-5 spin ups for 20-30 minutes. Then do 7x 90" relaxed sprint at fastest speed you can hold for 1.5'/CP1.5 (1.5' RI). Cool down to complete total time.

Tried to hold 240-260 watts for each interval.
