Easy run With Barbara. Legs and glutes sore.
1 hour a good idea.

Was thinking of a long run, 2-2.5 hrs, but that's probably not a good idea...?

200 swim down.

This pool seems fast. Must be salt water.
Felt buoyant and smooth.

EMCC day 5 - MOUNT BALDY

Green Mountain Road/Apex Corner/Green Mountain Road/Highway 3A/Twin Lakes Road/White Lake Road/Fairview/Oliver/back up Fairview & White Lake/The wall/Okanagan Falls/Lakeside Drive/Penticton Major climb (Mount Baldy, 13.5 km) plus other climbs. Up to 155 km, 6+ hours

Group of 7. Some started too fast but I held back. felt good all ride, but Started to feel tired on the last hour. Stopped at Burger 55 once back into town, hence the big break.
Not sure about the 939 watts max though. Maybe??

Focused on swimming smooth with 2-3 breathing.
Keep head low. Use core engagement.
Swam in CORE shorts.

This was a good swim. Felt good and relaxed.

Didn't do Seacrest road as it was closed. Doubled back up Fairview after 7-11.
45' to reach Apex Base. Rode easy on this ride, & only pushed a little bit on the up portion of Green mountain.
