Kaweah +1 is 5x12-minute intervals between 96-99% FTP with 4-minute recoveries between intervals.

Small ring 8th gear. 93 to 97 RPM range to reach prescribed watts (240-244).
As long as I didn't over do it, I was able to execute each interval and finish well paced.
