I had to add 1 min unscheduled recovery between miles 1 & 2 and then miles 3.5 & 4 and then just had to shut it down before the full six miles I was supposed to do today. My legs just hit the wall. I felt bad shutting it down until the cooldown on the way home. The legs just had nothing. No big deal. Tomorrow is an off day, and some good sleep should help.
