Sugarland 30k. So so event. All on concrete. Triple loop around some neighborhood, so you saw the same mcmansions over and over. Probably won't go back unless it is to really compete.

Did not prepare the night before the race. Race morning was a total disaster. Need to finally learn this lesson - prepare the night before!

Very hard workout on treadmill and in Sasha's class. Ab killer and nearly threw up again. Slight strain in left calf, again.

Good workout. Legs very tired but powered through it. A little sensitivity in the left calf this morning. Need to watch that headed into big miles this weekend.

OMG woke up at 1am and didn't get back to sleep until 4am. Woke up at 5 for workout. Great workout though. Ran so hard and followed up with such heavy weights I almost threw up. Need sleep tonight!!!
