Felt ok on treadmill. Right hamstring, where the whole problem started last week, is tender. I made it through a very hard workout ok though. I think I just need to stretch.

Will be a stressful week at work. Need these workouts.

Felt slight pull in hamstring last Thursday. Friday did jump rope and then started feeling it in the calf. Went for my long run on Saturday and had to pull up 3 miles into it. Stayed away from running on Sunday and ran this morning.

Ran 5 miles this morning before I felt that was enough given how the calf was feeling. I need a big week this week heading toward the Austin Marathon. Hope I can pull it off.
