Right hammy tight after tempo run on Friday. Will do long run tomorrow as slow as I can make myself. Gotta recovery in time for Austin Marathon next Sunday!

Would like to kick this cold before the Marathon next week. May run in the evenings so I can get extra sleep.

Good 5 mile threshold run. Last big workout before the marathon. Twinge in the right hamstring throughout. Hope no damage done.

I was quoted in the Chronicle today. Slightly incoherent quote, but a quote nonetheless.
