One whole mile. The rest week post-marathon was both good for me mentally and a little frustrating. I really like the routine of running and working out pretty much every day. With that said though, the last six weeks particularly of marathon training were grueling.
I think the week basically off will be an investment that pays dividends in the future. I feel refreshed and very ready to go. I need to listen to my body though and hold back for days when I need to. No big race for months now, so I need to take advantage of that. Here's to running for the pleasure of it for the next five months.
