Right ham still sore when running. Beautiful 50 degree morning to run. Brisk in late March is good.

Probably my last class at the old workout place. The new Y is so great and less than half the price.

Running felt good this morning. Probably need to remember to start slow and warmup plenty. Might help the hamstring.

Cross Training (Robert's Class) 55:00 [5]
slept:6.0 shoes: Asics Sky Speed Orange

New class is an absolute killer. Really like it. The core work is unbelievable. Two words - floor crawls. You put a towel under your feet and drag your body up and down the gym. Hardest thing in the world.

I ran this weekend and am just unhappy that running continues to result in right hamstring soreness. It just seems that no amount of rest is taking care of this issue. I may go see someone about it. We are something like six weeks post marathon with almost all cross training since then. Seems like it should have gone away by now.
