30 min on elliptical + 4 mi on treadmill. 7:30 pace until last mile and a half, then progressively down to 6 min/mi.

Interesting mid day YMCA workout. Loved the freak doing the mr. ymca poses in the mirror for 30 min. So very very freaky.

Killer weights followed up by 20 min easy on rowing machine.

Ran three out of four days on vacation to the coast with the kids - not bad. It was hot and humid as sin. Finally figured out last day that you need to run before sun is up.

Long run on Sunday was a killer. First half with sun behind clouds was great. After that, not so good. Never had a harder 9 mile run in my life.
