Took family + niece to Astros game. J Happ got killed, as did the relievers, so the game was super long. Got to bed at midnight and then up at 5 am for the run.

Sorry performance. Don't know what it was, but HR started climbing around mile 7, and be the final mile I was at an 8:30 mile with the same HR. I guess I just need more long runs. And another run each week probably wouldn't hurt. Three weeks until my 10k to see where I'm really at, and then the Space City 10 Miler. Need to lay down some miles.

Still feeling run down and wake up really congested.

Did 40 beat zig zag for the first time. Did it on the treadmill, which was good. Took heart rate up to 110% of aerobic threshold, down 40 beats, repeat. Should have gone for longer. Next time.
