Great day at Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Spent all day 10a-5p walking the fair grounds. Probably walked five miles. Super fun time with family.

Right foot hurts more than it did two days ago. Running that long run in those 0 drop shoes was a killer. The difference in 3-4 mm is crazy.

Couldn't go further than the two. Legs just too dead, so I switched to elliptical. I wish I hadn't needed to, but oh well. Better to live for another day.
