Feeling great. Not really full rest day, as I worked in the yard, with only a few breaks, for about 8 hours. Great day though with the family.

Ran with kenyanway.com. Small group today. Saw Richard last night. He's been out six weeks after knee surgery. Yuck. I don't know where everyone else has been lately. Marathon season is done here, so maybe they're kicking back a little.

Really humid. First day where you could really feel summer around the corner. Enjoyed what coolness there was though. Felt good and ran fast. Did a couple of clicks @ 6:20/mi pace. Feeling good.

I had to add 1 min unscheduled recovery between miles 1 & 2 and then miles 3.5 & 4 and then just had to shut it down before the full six miles I was supposed to do today. My legs just hit the wall. I felt bad shutting it down until the cooldown on the way home. The legs just had nothing. No big deal. Tomorrow is an off day, and some good sleep should help.
