First long run back since Boston. Basically three weeks off. I needed it mentally despite the fitness obviously lost. Back to the

Registering for Houston Marathon in January 2013. That was the plan post-Boston. No thoughts of a fall marathon. I need to work on a solid base between here and there and jump off of that in October.
I'll be in super shape for the UNITED SPACE ALLIANCE 10 Miler the first week in October. That's my next goal race.
