strength (pump class) 1:00:00 [4]

strength class . main focus was back and shoulders and Hamstrings. high rep light weight. 10 lbs for shoulders
20 lbs single leg dead lifts.Could handle more next time for the amount of reps i did.
Felt great. Strong and focused!
4 PM

pump class number 2 for the day. focused more on lower body . 60 second intervals in between strength . power abs for 10 minutes after.
7 PM

kickboxing intervals (turbo) 1:00:00 [4]

Very energized for kickboxing! added extra plyo for higher intensity. By the end of class my legs were shaky and possibly over worked from the previous strength classes. Burn over 700 calories!

Slow ocean swim. Teaching sister to break surf and getting the feel for the open water. Wet suit felt great. Stayed warm even though we were moving very slow.
