First I forgot my lunch and then I ran into my neighbors Sarah and Christian, en route to Mounds Park to view the lunar eclipse. I had suggested the location to Sarah. They offered me a ride to the light rail, I took them up on it. Actually had my good camera along and snapped a few pics from the platform. Caught the blue blood moon crescent over Ax-Man Surplus.

Skijoring Roux 2 Laps

Roux went very strong for our first lap without Mellie and still decent for the second. I do have to give the little guy extra credit for having to pull Mellie while skijoring with her. Light was fading but we saw enough to see the few icy spots. After we were done, I chatted a little with Mark, who recognized us earlier. Jim's son was calling out to us that Roux was a cute dog (probably for the benefit of the young woman he was skiing with). Great conclusion to a wonderful after work workout!
