Definitely a fall-like morning, temps near freezing, leaves on the ground. Not much competition for the trail, three or four cyclists, as many walkers and runners. ~20:00 no-pole warm-up, followed by some double pole warm-up. Then an easy pace to Lone Oak Rd and back to the hill at I-494. Fast L4 climb, followed by L3 double poling from Sibley Memorial to Hwy 13. Maybe not a hard workout but just what the doctor ordered to get back into rolling.
