Awesome late fall workout with EU Adult Nordic Skiing. I had pulled a muscle in my left quad earlier today but the session went surprisingly well. Had planned to simply pole hike but the power of the group pulled me along. The strain in my quad eased over the course of the workout, paid also clos attention to how I eased the impact of each step by flexing knees. I think I need to focus on this more frequently. First interval was 5:00, the remaining ones were around 4:30.
