Battle Creek Classic Workout
Beautiful morning, crisp for the start, then warming up nicely. Rex Power Grip purple worked very well and glide was good, too. We tried the Enchanted Forest loop but found it icy and tracks shallow, so we kept to the man-made loops. Saw WI participant David from last week's Menogyn trip, fun to reconnect. Great workout.

First time I did a 30/30, i.e. 30 seconds L4/L5 followed by 30 seconds active recovery. 10 minutes to full recovery between sets. Super nice weather, spring skiing feel. Great workout.
