shoes: Inov 8 Oroc 340 GTX
Running on the SJAMP beautiful day...sunny and ~-5C with no wind ...discovered that the trail is groomed all the way to the Chaudiere Bridge with some little loops around Lemieux and the War Museum.
Used the Oroc's but the excursions would probably have been fine
Put a surge in from 9-10 km generally though pretty even at ~5:19
