- group 1: 2 sets of 600 (30s) 1200 (30s) 600 ...coach det rest
- group 2: 1 set of above then 1 x 1800 lo0p at ~ 1200 m pace from last int even
w/d
- 3 loops of the parking lot walking...then one or more of form/stretching exercises, 1200 m jog or 700 m jog
