HTE - some field checking for pinecrest map and then the Bel-Air map (very slow section in the hydro line) after this winding down to the pkwy south path with a km surge and the easy to 16 km and walk in

Bike run combo...tracks below ~8 min btwn sports and only part of the run was really hard...so not quite brick-ish

Scientists with Colleen on Walt...some pick-ups...the butt solution seems to be working...still working on getting some biking legs on Colleen's surges

Bike path to triangle - 4 loops of the 4H (19:27) - back by roads home to 6 km
