Despite training tonight it was too beautiful a morning to pass up an AM run.
Slow but enjoyable slogging around with "Old Town Road" stuck in my head...."Can't nobody going tell me nothin', you can't tell me nothin'..."

P5 to the Mulvihill Parking Lot sign and back
Light warm up at the beginning and skied with Colleen and Andrew to the Champlain Parkway 'til splitting off myself...Pushed a bit harder on this section since I was pretty sure I'd be over time (in the end only by 5 minutes)
PS..
Foot and inner thigh hurt a bit at the end
