Cycling 1:05:00 [0] 19.5 km (18.0 kph) +20m

Out to the Aylmer Marina with Colleen and Andrew....a relaxed pace...my Garmin cleared at the Falls when we had a pit stop....Spent a lot of time studying the old rail line....thinking...mmmm this could be my very own Beau Miles adventure...I made note to plan a ride by the road to scout it out from the north side....little did I know my scouting trip would be on the return trip.

Cycling 40:09 [3] 17.72 km (26.5 kph) +52m

Andrew's axle broke as we just started back....so I went home by the road to get the car...and scout the line...Saw Natasha on the way pacing a friend for a half marathon tt...aka a half 'cheap-choogee'...Fast ride for me

Left @ 5:20....it was already 17 C...but it was nice and the temperature was steady throughout the run....Had to take a bowel pit stop so not the most pleasant run. Had to change my route plan and went a little longer just because I didn't want to walk too much in....So was able to finish Dundee, get Marieille, Grenon and Dumaurier before the gut flared and I had to route plan for bushes...Finished off taking some streets in Graham Creek area...discomfort and knowing I'd be way over threw off my memory of the map parts already covered and the best set up for completion in the future.
Only one side of Qualicum and missed a bit of Esquimaut (going to be a pain to get this without a lot of doubling over.

Cycling 2:12:00 [1] 41.4 km (18.8 kph)

A leisurley ride on Walt with Colleen through the masses....along rivers and over bridges...
SJAM ...behind Parliament..along the Canal...cross on the Fifth Ave Bridge...first time...down to the bike path behind St Pauls University (Wow has this area been developped)...into Stratcona park then crossing the Agawa crossing bridge to go along the Rideau River then along the tiny paths to the new Hurdman and back to the river along the path to Hog's back...brief stop (29 km) for snack and flower pics then walked bikes beside the ripped up bridge to get to the canal and finally crossing @ Carleton and through the Farm, Carlington and Mordor to come in....bang on my prediction of 12km from HB.....My bell was real appreciative of its use today even if the rest of society clearly has difficulty recognizing talent when it hears it.
